“The Nonduality of Mental States“ is a booklet with four meditation posters (Yantras) that systematically guide you to experience a more “objective” mindset that embraces both positive and negative mental states. We come to recognize that the mind (and our reactions and emotions) has a source in deeper metaphysical forces–just as everything else. The meditation can be done in one setting (estimated at 45 minutes), or you can do each alone (10 minutes). You can self-record each meditation and then playback as you feel led. Some people use guided meditation regularly (e.g., daily or weekly), and some use it as needed or intuitively. In this guided meditation, you will understand:

• Both creativity/inspiration and disruption/conflict are born from Chaos
• Both accomplishment/effectiveness and  failure/impotency are born from Time Shaping (karma, cause-and-effect)
• Both growth and decay are born from Nurturing Conditions.
• Both organization/stability and depression/stuckness are born of Form.
